Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with an eligible item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging where possible.

Custom, personalized, final sale, hygiene-sensitive, damaged-by-customer, or clearly used items may not be eligible for return unless required by law or unless the issue is caused by our error.

Before returning anything, contact us at admin@sangriluxe.com with your order number, photos if relevant, and the reason for return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.

Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, duties, taxes, and payment processing fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review and offer a suitable solution when the issue is confirmed.
