Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout when available. Processing and delivery times may vary by destination, product type, stock status, customs processing, and carrier conditions.

Typical processing target: 2-5 business days for in-stock items. Some handmade, made-to-order, limited, or specialty items may require additional preparation time. If an item requires a longer timeline, we will try to state it on the product page or contact you after purchase.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import rules charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Please enter your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, additional shipping fees may apply.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information after shipment. Tracking scans may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
